Review : A day at London Weight Management

For all those who googled London Weight Management, I'll have to say that you're so lucky you stumbled upon my post. Because this post will prepare you for all sorts of nonsense you'll have to face there. Also, do take note that I am writing this purely based on my OWN opinion and I do not represent London Weight Management in anyway. You may choose to or not to believe my words. I will also be replacing the names of the actual people with their initials.

Read on to find out more about my experience at London Weight Management. Let's just shorten it to LWM.

One random afternoon, I received a call from a V in LWM. Supposedly, I won a free treatment from them via some  Facebook contest so she arranged for my appointment to be at 7pm at the Woodlands Civic Center outlet. I was also told that I can bring a friend along. Do note that she confirmed for me to get my free TREATMENT on the day itself.

So yes on the day of my appointment, I went down to Woodlands Civic Center. While I was walking there with Ringo, I received a call from V again asking me where I was. Naturally I told her that we were in Woodlands and will reach the outlet soon. Guess what? She gave me a HUH? And told me my appointment was actually in BUGIS instead! Exhibition of poor management 1. In the end she told me she'd transfer the appointment to the Woodlands outlet so we continued our way there.

Finally, we arrived at our destination. Oh you've gotta love what we didn't know was coming. They told us that V only told them 1 person was coming so basically, Ringo came for nothing. Yea she let me go ahead because she's skinny and I'm a fat lump. Exhibition of poor management 2.

We proceeded to a room where a consultant named B attended to us. Mind you we had to wait really long for EVERYTHING. And then after a long while, B told us that another room was available so Ringo can be attended to at the same time. We'll give our experience one by one beginning with mine(Chiharu) because I got started first.

CHIHARU'S EXPERIENCE

I was led to a room to take my height and weight. Then I was told that I'm supposedly overweight. After a quick google search, I'm pretty sure I'm of the ideal weight. But fine, I just look plump so I'll go with the fact that I'm overweight. She then proceeded to make me wait in the consultation room so that she can grab a camera.

While waiting, I snapped these pictures.

Their ampoules.

Strange, peculiar structure with strands of hair

Posters telling people how successful their clients are in losing weight.

Even more.

A food pyramid.

Now at this point of time I was getting seriously bored. MAYBE, they had to go down to Courts to buy a new camera or something, else why would it take so long!!!

Okay, wait wait wait. Just waste my precious time waiting there while I could be reviewing something on my blog. AND FINALLY SHE RETURNED. And then I had to strip down to my bra and undies. We shall skip the awkwardness and move on with my experience. She has kids okay, so she seemed so motherly while explaining to me, telling me my fatty parts where I should be reduced in size. Pictures were taken. Then it all began. No more motherly figure, only sales person.

Sales person who has POOR knowledge. I don't know how many people fell for her explanation but let me reveal the truth. I am someone with irregular menses. So once she heard that, she begin to accuse my irregular menses of being the culprit behind my fats. According to her, menses is dirty blood. So when my menses is irregular and I fail to shed the dirty blood monthly, toxins will accumulate in my body and make me fat, give me darkened armpits and butt. Excuse me, I'm a biology student. So I asked what has that blood got to do with toxins?! She then raised another example. She told me to imagine it like Nasi Lemak. Irregular menses is like eating a packet of Nasi Lemak and not passing it out. Can you imagine my head with the dozens of ??? around it? Furthermore, she told me she had bad skin during her pregnancy because she did not have menses for 9 months so all the toxins are kept in her body.

I'm not going to flip my Biology book and spam you with details but the blood is NOT DIRTY. Sure it stinks but that is because it has come into contact with the oxygen in the air! This blood is actually supposed to be our uterus lining and provides support for the baby, along with oxygen and nutrients if you get pregnant. Also, breakouts during pregnancy is NOT caused by the lack of menses!!! It is because of the hormonal changes during pregnancy! I'm seriously wondering if LWM trains their staff before putting them out. Such an embarrassment to woman because even a quick google search shows that thinking that menstrual blood is dirty is a myth, something only the older generation believe in. People do not be intimidated and fooled into thinking that irregular menses makes you fat okay. Kindly google a little about it so that you will not be tricked.

After NOT clarifying my doubts, she proceeded to force me to buy the treatments. She kept asking me my budget. Telling me there's student price. Telling me this half price promotion is only for today. COME ON LWM, I'm here to experience the treatment I won. Also, I have not tried a single sh*t and YOU WANT ME TO SPEND HUNDREDS/THOUSANDS on your treatments? For goodness sake, even a bottle of expensive serum at Tangs has a tester. If you can claim to guarantee us a loss of blah blah blah cm and blah blah blah kg, why are you so afraid to let us try the treatment first before trying to sell us anything?! So I told her that I at least have to try it out first before purchasing. Her attitude changed immediately. She told me there's no time for treatment anymore because we came late. Hell it was the LWM people that schedule us okay, now you're telling me there's no time? You're awesome.

RINGO'S EXPERIENCE

The service is such a turn off. She arranged another day for me and I went to find Ringo. Now let me relate Ringo's experience to you. Basically, Ringo got attended to by a new consultant. She overheard their conversation telling the consultant to try and attend to Ringo because she's new and need more experience. Similarly, Ringo took her height and weight measurements. The best part? According to their table, she is UNDERWEIGHT. They have no business ethics. She still tried to hard sell Ringo into signing their slimming package. Like what?! So does this mean LWM encourages underweight people to not only continue being underweight but they should slim down even further? My best friend should be reduced to skin and bones?

The new consultant also related a steam room effects to reverse osmosis of a potato. Like what, because our body has toxins and a steam room doesn't, the toxins will reverse osmosis out of our bodies and we will become slimmer and healthier?! Steam room makes you SWEAT. Sweating is like detoxing. Which is why exercising gives you good skin. Not reverse osmosis. Poor knowledge AGAIN.

Ringo was quite peeved already. She hinted to the person that she wants to see the service standards first before signing anything. The person let out a mocking smile. To me it was a mocking smile because she was telling B that Ringo wanted to see their service with a sarcastic tone. No business ethics, poor service, poor management, lousy attitude, what can possibly be worst? Oh Ringo didn't get to try anything either because there was "no time". So yea she was arranged to return the same day as me. We went out of the room and saw this.

Yea, so true. A paying customer totally requires THREE of LWM's people to be sitting down and joking around with her. This is where our "time" went to? They are not free to attend to us because we didn't pay.

Slack, joke around, laugh, use iPhone. LWM has very busy staffs.

Mind you I was not holding a spy cam or anything. My camera can be seen clearly. But then again, we didn't pay so no one gives a sh*t about us.

Our ratings for London Weight Management? It can't even be rated. It has to be the poorest of all ratings. ZERO stars. Let me summarize all the reasons why they deserve ZERO stars.

  1. Poor management
  2. Lousy service
  3. Bad attitude
  4. Hard selling
  5. No knowledge of what they are doing
  6. No business ethics

We are never returning. And for all those who "won" themselves a free treatment, you have been warned. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know. Needless to say, we never returned for the "free treatment" because we sure as hell do not want to experience ROUND TWO of this. I hope this post will help those who are intending to head down to London Weight Management and not let them be fooled by weird myths.

P.S. We're not the only ones who experienced this. I won't name the bloggers but T and H had a bad experience at the AMK Jubilee outlet too.

Should LWM feel the need to contact us to follow up on this matter, please email to Domokie@gmail.com

Love,
Chiharu ❤

  1. exactly. they serve only paying and willing to pay even more $ de customers only.
I had a cheap pkge over there last time and refused to top up any other treatments. I was pretty much left alone to wander around the place do my own steaming and get burnt on the hot blanket. Just like how ppl go to the gym. go thru the stuff, shower and go.

  2. Yea, I've exposed them. I'm just hoping they won't try to do anything funny to me?

  3. heard they are under the same company as NYSS and NYSS basically had people ranting about the same thing. precisely all 6 points. they kinda wanted to force their $8 deal on me, and the moment i said i wanted to cancel the girl over the phone instantly became rude. they said it cant be cancelled, but thank goodness i'm not 18 yet and need parental consent. said my mum dont let, the girl said "cant cancel but i make a note" and THANK GOD they didnt call again. if i were of age they'll prolly give me hell till i agree to go. and THEN prolly give me hell again and hard sell stuff to me

  4. Hi Nia, another reader said the same thing you did! It's really tough rejecting them because they went on and on. My review is already the summarized version, they kept trying non stop to sell us the packages without letting us try anything!

  5. I went to Yun Nan hair treatment centre. The same thing happened. My friend won a pair of free treatment tickets so we went there for it. Hard selling, lying, long waiting time and etc...

  6. I hear you my dear, but I cannot judge as I've not been there. I'll definitely be a lot more wary of whatever "free" stuff I win though!

  7. I wished I had the good sense to read all these reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, I bought a e-coupon. Made an appointment for my weight loss trial, was told I had to PURCHASE a package in order to enjoy the trial (which I paid for online).

  8. Hey dear, this is why I posted up this review at the risk of getting some lawsuit. We're being completely honest and letting people know how it'd be like at London Weight Management. We really hope that less people will fall prey to such a terrible service!

  10. I also went to LWM upon winning a free trial & because i put on some extra KG's, i fell for their scam and paid the minimum sum and got started on the programme of 10 times.

What next???????? I was asked to top up with purchase of some products to help in my weight loss but the products will not be given to me all at once. But in batches.

3rd visit - i was asked if i wanted to top up. I refused. so on my 4th visit, i was asked to put in some extra money to hold a package so that i can do the water retention programme to help reduce the water in my body to boost my weight loss. I refused but with all the selling gimmicks... i paid another RM 1.2k although they wanted me to pay RM3.6k as i said i had some commitment for Christmas. So, in total i spent almost RM8k and was left to do my treatment with some peace of mind for the rest of the weeks in Dec.

I went back for my treatment yday and again was asked to pay RM2.4k in order to continue if not, they said they cant order the products for me anymore.... Im really pissed!

I gave a piece of my mind to my consultant & the person who tried to persuade me to add more $$.

Im just waiting for my next session to collect all my products and not return!

  12. Hi, you did a great thing by sharing your experience with the world. You know what, I was stupid to have not read it before i bought the voucher through groupon ($18 for 4 slimmimg treatments). i made the appointment with them and then came across your blog. Its true, word by word, its excatly what happened to me. I didn't let the consultant take my photograph, but she did the measurements and body analysis, and made me feel very embarrased by doing the measurements in a brightly lit room. I agree that I have stretchmarks on my tummy after delivery, but I din ask them to treat / remove my stretch marks.I went there to redeem the groupon voucher I had purchased. After the body analysis the consultant went on talking about a Lipo Lavender treatment package. That is when I realised that I was going to go thru all that nonsense you went through. I stopped her and asked, why is she talking all this to me, then to my shock do you know what she told me? "Do you think this slimmimg treatment that you purchased is going to give you any result?...Its not...this is what we give everyone as a free trial!" So I asked "So if you say that this slimmimg treatment for what I paid is not going to work, i wasted my $18 on something thats useless, so that means you cheated me!" Thats when the consultant said "ok if you are here to try this slimmimg treatment, go ahead and try lah...why shud I waste my time and energy and closed all the files which had the before and after photographs of her customers". I told her my time too was precious and i don want to waste my time on a treatment that the consultant of the company itself said is not going to show any result, and i stepped out of that shop! I am so glad that I did not let her take my picture or she might show it to someone like she showed other peoples picture to me.this was in the city square mall outlet.I hate these people!

  13. Hi. I am sad that i didn't read your post before i went there yesterday.
Same like you, i had a VERY VERY bad experience there.Recently,I wow the LWM SMS contest for the free trial so I went down to the woodland civic center yesterday with my mom accompany me.
I don't want to sign up the package. They treated me in a very rude way. First the consultant keeps persuading me to sign up. Telling me the bad point of being fat. But the words hurt me. I don't think being fat is a sin.
I don't want to reject her immediately, so i told her i will give her the answer after the session.
During the session, the consultant NO SMILE AT ALL.
They didn't guide me where to process to. After the shower i stood there, doing nothing, waiting for the consultant.
Before and after the session, the consultant took my height, weight, and measure here and there. But the thing i don't like is that the lady keeps asking me to stand straight and look up, so that they can lied about the measurement.
In the end, I reject them about the package, The consultant gave me an insulting WHAT? ARE YOU SURE? YOU CAN GO HOME NOW! They didn't open the door for me, like they do to other customers.
After that i heard from the mom. She overheard the staff conversation. 7 or 8 staff stood at the counter talking about a 20 yrs old girl. Bad fashion, messy hair, ugly. And obviously the girl is me.
Sorry, for the long comment. I really wish that there's no more victim for this stupid scam.

  14. my advice to all: don't step in any LWM outlet. i have a bad experience with them and now my case is dragged almost for 6 months after I have filed with CASE last year. Can tell you that they like to "play balls" once something happen. Truly regret. :((

  15. Hi i was also called up for receiving a free voucher for some treatment..

Of normal standards similar to you I'm of ideal weight I was just "greedy" since it was a free treatment so I decided to go down and try it out..

Well my appointment was initially at 11am that day but a LWM staff called the previous day to ask if I can come down later so I changed the appointment to 3.30pm..

And I was early 3.25pm true enough they wrote it down 3.25-5.55pm so they told me by 5.55pm everything would have been done..

After the lavender blah blah blah...

I showered and blow dry my hair..

This was probably the one kind soul I saw who asked me who I am waiting for...

But I was told TO WAIT longer..NOTE: my so called consultant J*A*** said phones are not allowed( I wonder if its because we can keep track of the time) there I saw another girl waiting like me so we started to talk..and then another regular customer came by with a iphone so i asked for the time and started to really feel heated up because it was 6.30pm and 2 frequent customers who came later than the other girl and I who used the voucher were already "entertained" and long disappeared into another room..

SO I DECIDED TO FLARE AND JUST leave..

before that which I paid a deposit that I asked for a refund because I find it not very trustworthy..about the package and all especially the part about paying before the contract was explained? Ultimately I didn't sign the contract though..

Which they tried and insist that I sign..I still refused and demanded to have my deposit back which they said its impossible to void. ONLY AFTER I THREATENED TO CALL the police did they return me the cash IMMEDIATELY and it was 2 person who passed me cash LOL

But I called the police already..I hopefully wish the police does something because till now I receive no news from them..though they took my contact details and hp number!!

I really think you did a good job exposing them!! I should have read your post and do my research before going down; a waste of time, effort and money(transport etc)..

  16. My experience with them was quite bad too. The only difference with most of you is, I'm a walkin customer. Somehow too desperate to rid the fats I've been carrying since young. I thought they might be able to do a better job than Marie France. I lost 15kg in MF but it's too cluttered with people. So I decided to try LWM after they flashed many successful cases through media.

I went to novena branch. Told her my problem area and ideal weight. I'm 63kg when I went to seek help and hoping they could help me drop to 55kg. I think it's achievable with technology to do away my stubborn fats.

Consultant offered 20 sessions of treatment. When she mentioned the details of the treatments I couldn't appreciate what they meant. All I know is, if the package is customized to suit my needs, I'm ok. She also mentioned about the coffee that will help build metabolism but she assured me that I will still be able to see results from the sessions alone. I ok that and signed. 20sessions plus some packs of coffee for trial at $4K I'm still paying my debts by instalement.

About 6mths from my 1st treatment, guess what's my weight? 67kg. Incredibly ineffective. I actually gain weight doing their treatment. I was blamed for not listening to their advice to buy and drink their coffee, blamed for my body composition, for not investing enough.

And suddenly, my treatments were insufficient to attain my objective and she offered other treatment package for detox becos my body is full of "toxin"

Though there's usually reduction of at least 400gm after each session, I'm still heavier after carefully watching my diet. Each session is the same boring stuff, steam, wrap and the constant urging to buy their coffee.

If u ask me, it'll be a no no NO to sign up treatment with them. Thinking about it still make me feel so shortchanged.

  17. phheewww.. really glad i read the reviews. is there any weight management program known to be effective??

  18. I am sorry for all the people who have been treated so poorly by this company but grateful they shared their stories. I hope more people google first and stay away from LWM.

  19. Hi, I bought voucher of $10 from street deals.com. And I called them and asked for my appointment and also told them that I don't have a printer to print the voucher. They kindly said they can print it for me and I can just drop down there. I went and they took sometime to do body analysis and other stuff. They told me that they can give 2 sessions with my $10 voucher. Treatment includes steam bath, Lipo Lavender treatment, and other machine treatment including ampoules. Weight loss apart, I felt real good for 2 sessions of steam both and Lipo Lavender treatment & other machine treatment including ampoules & also some some oats drink. I felt so relaxed after those two sessions.

They were paying some tricks with weight system and all but end of the session, I did feel I cut down a bit and am able to fit into my old jeans which troubled me a lot before. Since I am traveling I said I cant buy the package. They offer me 320$ for 5 sessions assuring 5kgs weight loss. But It was too heigh for me. Then I didnt get to buy the package. I am not a big believer of these artificial weight management systems but wanted to try to know how they work.. They work to some extent for sure.. because of steam bath & Lipo Lavender treatment they take out excess water from body and clear dead cells of your skin. The main thing is including good food to your diet will definitely help you to reduce your weight... I adopted food like oats, broken wheat instead of rice, grapefruit every day, cinnamon lemon water, green Tea, fresh veggies and fruits & nice 1 hr workout. Having said that I do eat fat rich foods once in a weeks.. I am feeling very light and healthy now. My skin is glowing too.. I just wanted to share my info that all I am not against to anyone here or favor to LWM... Have fun guys!!

  21. Just last night, I went to LVM Paya Lebar branch to check on this free trial treatment.
I was actually scheduled last week but refused to go after I've read reviews on how bad there services was.
They've been calling me since I rejected to come and told them that I don't want to be harassed like all
other customer had gone through with them. Kept calling me and so I give in last night as I was also
coming to Singpost to get my registered article, so okay let's do it and see how good their convincing power on me.
Like you all do, they 've taken my ht and wt, and telling me I'm fat that I need to lose 17Kg for my ideal wt.
But since I come prepared not to sign up on their packages, I cannot understand anymore regarding the
"free trial" I came for, since it is very clear that she wont let me get my trial treatment until i sign up fo SGD800 treatment (50%off)
for lavander, salt spa, blanket, etc. I told them I need to ask my husband since he will have to pay for it.
Still insisting for my credit card number and that this is for first time customer promotion. blah blah blah

I told them my excuses so they let me leave the room, and just told her i i will come back the next day since it's already late (around 9pm)
Oh yes, she (elise) mentioned to me that it's too late to start the trial treatment. Btw, the one who called me for appt is Fionna.

Okay, just this afternoon they are trying to call again confirm my appt and told them ur services suck! Like over 5~7times using different numbers. I told them, you wont even let me try the trial treatment i came for, until a sign up. I am not interested and they were saying that the customized treatment has been booked for me and that those salt and ampoules are already brought to them. lies! lies! lies!
You kidding me, from day 1 they called and confirmed my appt- they would tell me that steaming bath, and all this slimming machine was booked for my usage. hihihihi.. what a way to waste time!

So all of you reading this, watch out! Let's do it the hard way.. Jog and eat healthy!

  25. I also have the same experienced, for those who bought from groupon, pls remember don ever join their member ship and pay for any further treatment! I was so regret as I never read this review before go start my trial! when I start walk in, they also let me wait then only go into the room weigh and start body analysis.During consultation time, they keep pursued u to join the membership as they say is for whole life and keep mention the voucher i bought fr grouon is just basic treatment and u can't any result, if i join member I get the package A and package B and then 3 more free tratment and bla bla bla...then i so stupid and join the member! after the first day of the treatment, they say i lost around 2 kg and 17.6 cm...but guess, when i go bac home ang weighed, it still remain the same lol...this show they are not honest alr...and for second matter, when i go back home and check the details of my groupon, i found out that what the groupon provide is same as what they do for my first treatment, so i call back and ask them, then they say the staff key in wrong data, so they will give me back the treatment, I feel cheated then I told them I wana give up my membership guess what they say, they say the groupon treatment have little not same and they cannot refund as what i predict alr then they say i can rebund by getting their product. I think they say ok i rather get the product instead of keep pay to continue for the treatment and being cheated by them..u know what they say, I have to buy 10 box of express coffee, or 10x slimming cream, instead of getting back my rm 500, i still need to pay rm 900 to get 10x box of coffee, damn crazy lol....so pls, read reveiw before go to do any treatment, thats what i learned alr...Don ever believe london weight manangement team, they just want money money money, they don care what ur result, and they only wil cheat ur body result, pls believe!!!!!!

  27. OH no..... I just signed up the streetdeal.sg 6 free slimming treatments. They kept insisting I must turn up. I have also another terrible experience last year with Jean Yip :( I really thought the word 'London' would mean that they'll have better services!

Last time I visited Jean Yip, it was worse! My consultant was extremely condescending and told me how poor I am that I cannot even afford a $500 package deal. I mean seriously??!!! It's obviuosly I'm not that rich that is why I got thevoucher inthe first place! Jean Yip is really another fail place. Even worse, she opened my wallet to check without my knowledge. So when Itold her I didn't have a credit card, she told me straight that I was lying, and asked me to 'please check your purse properly'. I only realised that after theo whole dam treatment when I realised that they asked me to put my belongings in a locker which they didn't even give me the key to! I made a complain, and then they gave me a voucher for a free massage. And once again, this 'compensation' became another hardselling session :( I thought it was only Jean Yip. Now I see, it seems apparent that most treatment centres are like that!

  29. Okay, I just went through this ordeal yesterday, http://www.juztoday.com/deal.php?id=1116

I believe I am a person of strong will but I caved in to them in the end. I am really fat, almost 20 kgs overweight and lazy to work off my fats by exercising.

After two hours or so of persuading me, the consultant offered me $300 for a total of 9 treatments, with upgrade to don't know whatever the hell special treatments, after telling me I need 4-5 sessions of continuous treatments. Which I know is a load of bull. Even after insisting that I have no money, which is true because I was greedy for the free sessions and the 3 meal plan they have. The consultant bombarded me "nicely" and said that paying a deposit, she will reserve the special offer for me.

But in the end, I got ripped off of $53.50 ($10.70 through debit card and $42.80 in cash) for their supposedly free treatment. They asked me for my cards and I could hear them trying to swipe off every cent I have in them. Luckily, my debit cards have less than $10 worth in both. I am glad I only carried a $50 note in my wallet. I did not lose my senses and gave them my husband's ATM card because I respect the fact that I only use the money inside for emergencies.

What I got from the session was 20 mins sauna and 30 mins in their hot blanket after being covered in salt. Lost 1 kg in water. The consultant gave me the free products; a pack of sea salt, a body trim fluid 1 (15ml) and an oxy trimming gel for hydration (15ml). I did not get the 3 meal plan.

Now I am worried that as my husband says, they have stolen my card details and will siphon off every bit of money I put inside. Is that true? Should I consult a bank for this? So ashamed that I actually allowed them to swipe my debit cards.

  30. Hey gals... I couldn't agree more with most of you who were 'cheated' by this so called free session @LWM. When you start refusing their offer, they will start ignoring you and let you wait - just went to LWM@Bukit Indah JB and all I can say is that they are only interested in your wallet! *The consultant even persuaded me to sign up for a new credit card so that I can sign up for their package(s) using 0% interest ~ duh!

Did anybody aware that not only the staffs are liars, but also their scales? My height that they measured was *greatly reduced* - this will result in higher BMI index (cheat!!!)

[Body mass index (BMI) = weight (kg) / (height (m) x height (m))]

So anybody wants to redeem for free session - beware! (and good luck)

  31. Omg! I wish I had seen this 10 days ago. The therapists are the most unprofessional rascals I've seen ever! I gave birth 6 mos ago: bloody obvious my body is going to prove that. She starts taking pictures and then say ing ur situation is so bad like I don't deserve to live cuz of my extra 7 kilos and the stretch marks on my tummy. To her shock I said I was proud of my marks bcz they were proof of the amazing thing my body produced. Anyway- I was in a vulnerable spot and got sucked into payingn for a $300 dollar 5 session package: but I was so skeptical abt these shortcut treatments, that I'm embarrassed I fell for her terrible marketing. So every time I've been there she is trying to coerce me against my will into paying up for a $7000 package! I keep politely turning her down, and when I do, she goes on the offensive and starts to criticise my body! Unfortunately I'm pretty strong headed and don't let her get to me. I feel stupid enough paying her the first $300... I'm not going to fund their scam any further.

    1. The coffee I purchased caused numbness on the left side of my mouth, when I feedback to them the agree to change but gave me the worst contour treatment that result to the least weight lost (indication from the Therapist) unless I top up more which I disagree.

Recently, I went for treatment, the cream used cause unbearable itch on my skin, when I feedback to the therapist, she sound unhappy. She said she will change the cream, when asked what would the management do to handle such cases that cause discomfort to customer. I was told I should not expect more in my balance package. I felt so insulted, her implication sound like I tried to pull a fast one to get more. I would rather throw away the balance and treat it as a wrong investment.

  32. Yes, be very careful what you consume, the ingredient in it might not be suitable for everyone though they say it's safe to consume. It took me weeks of medication to heal the numbness on my face after drinking the beverage.
Went on internet to check, one of the ingredient was a banned product which will caused numbness for some. I told them and the agree to exchange the beverage for treatment, but give the worst deal. Check and found out that the replaced treatment hardly loose inches/weight. Then in the 1st place why compensate with that. They just want us to top up more money, when you say no more, treatment becomes different. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

I am not going to waste my time going there are spending hours for nothing. Just throw the balance into the drain.

  34. Good for you, they are blood suckers. They played with people's weakness and suck our hard earned money. It 's too late for me, I wished I've read about them earlier. I have lost thousands of dollars and no results just frustrations. Now, I really suspect the show you false measurements for first few treatment to trick you to carry on with them.
